Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the aq999 app platform in any capacity — including browsing games, placing bets, depositing funds, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and aq999 app ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of aq999 app following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

aq999 app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform. The date shown in the "Effective Date" field at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of aq999 app after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to aq999 app is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout their use of the platform:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. aq999 app operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Underage gambling is illegal and causes serious harm. We actively screen for underage players and will close any account found to belong to a person under 18.
• Jurisdiction: You must reside in a jurisdiction where accessing and using an online betting platform is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of aq999 app is lawful in your location.
• Single Account: You may only hold one registered account on aq999 app. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Personal Use Only: You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, using your own funds, and for personal entertainment purposes only. Registering or playing on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether through aq999 app directly or through any external responsible gambling scheme.
• Mental Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated may not use aq999 app.

aq999 app reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved. All verification documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To place bets, access casino games, or make deposits on aq999 app, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

The following rules apply to all aq999 app accounts:

1. Accuracy of Information: All personal details provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number — must be accurate and kept up to date. You must notify us promptly if any registered information changes.
2. Username and Password: You are responsible for choosing a secure password and for maintaining its confidentiality. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. aq999 app will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
3. Account Security: You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately so that we can place a temporary security hold on the account.
4. One Account Per Person: Each person may only maintain one active account. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be merged or closed, and any bonuses obtained via multi-accounting will be voided.
5. Non-Transferability: Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Bets placed on aq999 app may not be transferred between accounts or to third parties.
6. KYC Verification: aq999 app may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

aq999 app supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing funds as convenient as possible for players across all eight divisions. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

All withdrawals must be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in cases where the original method is no longer available, in which case aq999 app will work with you to identify an alternative. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if outstanding KYC documentation has not been submitted.

• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the account cashier. Requests are reviewed and processed during business hours (BST, UTC+6). Urgent requests should be flagged to live chat support.
• Third-Party Payments Prohibited: Deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name are not accepted. Any such deposit will be refunded and the account reviewed. This policy exists to protect against money laundering and fraud.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. An administrative fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
• Currency: All balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in BDT. aq999 app does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotions Policy

aq999 app offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and promotional offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general rules, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are listed on the relevant promotion page.
3. Bonus Expiry: All bonuses must be used and wagering requirements completed within the timeframe stated on the promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance without compensation.
4. Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit of ৳500 per spin or bet round applies unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5. Welcome Bonus Eligibility: The welcome bonus (where available) is available to new players on their first deposit only. Players who have previously held an account on aq999 app under any name or payment method are not eligible for new player offers.
6. Bonus Abuse: aq999 app reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting to satisfy wagering requirements, collusion between players, use of multiple accounts, or use of automated betting systems.
7. Promotional Changes: aq999 app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who are mid-wagering when a promotion is cancelled will be contacted individually to discuss their position.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on aq999 app. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where required by applicable law.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, creating accounts using stolen personal information, or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using aq999 app to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are monitored and reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through the use of associates, in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in poker, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or otherwise interact with the platform without genuine human input.
• Match Fixing or Insider Betting: Placing bets based on inside knowledge of fixed sporting events or attempting to influence the outcome of any event on which bets are offered on aq999 app.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform vulnerabilities to obtain funds or a competitive advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided and the account closed.
• Harassment: Abusing, harassing, or threatening aq999 app staff, other players, or any third party connected to the platform via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

aq999 app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances under which this may occur include, but are not limited to, violation of any provision of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their account may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closing, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited upon closure unless otherwise agreed.

Involuntary Suspension: Where aq999 app suspects a breach of these Terms, the account may be suspended immediately and without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. During a suspension, the player may not access their account, place bets, or make deposits or withdrawals. aq999 app will endeavour to complete investigations promptly and notify the player of the outcome.

Fund Return on Closure: Where an account is closed by aq999 app due to a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to withhold all funds in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aq999 app, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or bet cancellations due to system failures.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances outside aq999 app's reasonable control, including cyberattacks, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bangladeshi banks.
• Errors in odds or game results that are subsequently identified and corrected in accordance with our published payout rules.
• Any reliance placed by the player on information, promotional material, or content published on the platform that is later found to contain an error.

aq999 app does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may be required from time to time. We will endeavour to minimise disruption and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
